Yin Maiqing was born in 1966 in Xiangtan, Hunan Province. He is a national first-level artist. He is a dean of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Painting Arts and a member of the Hong Kong Artists Association. He is a young painter of contemporary power and is a third-generation disciple of Qi Baishi. The lover Guo Haoyi (Guo Haoyi, No. Madman. A member of the Chinese Artists Association, a national first-rate artist, a vice president of the Chinese Painting Art Research Institute, a dean of the Art Academy, and a honorary director of the Central South Painting and Calligraphy Institute).

Yin Maiqing loves the art of painting and calligraphy since childhood. In 1986, he was rewarded as a disciple of Qi Baishi and his grandson. He studied freehand flower and bird painting, and was particularly obsessed with painting shrimp, crab and chicken. After more than ten years of hard exploration and cultivation, he formed his own unique style. Its lifelike brushstrokes, art appreciation of both tastes and appreciations have been appreciated by collectors and fans of calligraphy and painting. They have won numerous awards in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition, and many major newspapers and magazines have been published at home and abroad. His works have been favored and collected by well-known individuals at home and abroad in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore.

The exhibition of paintings and calligraphy of couples held in Guangzhou and Xiamen was well received by people from all walks of life, heads of state and painting and calligraphy lovers, and was congratulated by its signature on the album page. In 2001, he and his husband, Mr. Guo Haoyi, went to the south and lower reaches of the calendar to trace the remains of the old man in White Stone and traversed Shaanxi, Henan, Beijing, Chongqing, Hubei, Chongqing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Guangdong and Guangxi. They visited the famous mountains and rivers, and shared artists of the world to discuss the exchange of painting ideas. In 2008, he created a collection of 108-meter-long “Soaring Chinese Dragons” Asian Games collection. The "Chicken Chicken" and "Encounter" were collected by Awang Jiangyang. In 2012, the “Dragon World” Cup couple created Bai An Zi won the special contribution of national security painting.
